The $600 Question!

We had another fantastic black belt training session with master Buckley Saturday morning. The $600 question resulted in the broken mirror at the San Ramon school in the last picture. Always exciting when the black belts get together and train!

BOK FU FITNESS

Warm Up:
2 times:
400M Run (or 100 Jump Rope Jumps)
Straight leg kicks up and down mat
Broad Jumps up and down mat
1 minute sit ups with cross punches
1 minute plank
1 minute push ups

Workout:
5 Rounds for time
15 Horse Stance Squat with Medicine Ball Throw
15 Bok Fu Burpees
15 Box Jumps (or Step Ups – if you don’t have a box do tuck jumps with medicine ball)

Warm Down:
5 minutes ball torture for hips and legs
5 minutes ball torture for shoulders
