We had another fantastic black belt training session with master Buckley Saturday morning. Take a look at the pictures and the short video where master Buckley talks about the intricacies of bear hug free a. Warm Up:
2 times:
400M Run (or 100 Jump Rope Jumps)
Straight leg kicks up and down mat
Broad Jumps up and down mat
1 minute sit ups with cross punches
1 minute plank
1 minute push ups
Workout:
5 Rounds for time
15 Horse Stance Squat with Medicine Ball Throw
15 Bok Fu Burpees
15 Box Jumps (or Step Ups – if you don’t have a box do tuck jumps with medicine ball)
Warm Down:
5 minutes ball torture for hips and legs
5 minutes ball torture for shoulders
