30 second bridge
30 second hand stand hold (against wall)
Workout:
25 Navy Seal Ups
50 Push Ups with Hand Release
75 Chicken Lunges
100 Horse Stance Squats
125 Mountain Climbers
150 Double Unders (or single jump and tuck jump)
Warm Down:
5 minutes belt stretching
