Our 2014 Bok Fu Fitness Instructor Challenge started on Sunday. Watch out because over the next 5 weeks our staff is on a mission to start off the new year on the right track by getting into fantastic shape! Make sure to ask them how they're doing when you see them!

Warm Up:
2 Rounds
100 single jumps with jump rope
10 Straight Leg Kicks
10 Advanced/ Reverse Straight Leg Kicks
10 Pass Through with staff
10 Horse Stance Squats with staff overhead

8 Rounds for time –
5 Bok Fu Burpees
10 Push Ups with Hand Release
15 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
20 Broken Bow Jumps
25 Speed Punches
