This is a great article about the necessity for self change. Staying in our comfort zone is just that, comfortable. It may feel good, but it doesn't mean that it will help us grow in the ways that we need or want. As we kick off this new year, ask yourself if you're stuck in your comfort zone and if so, how to break free of it. “Leave your comfort zone every single day of your life and not only will you no longer fear trying new things, you’ll also look forward to it.”

The Sochi Olympics are less than a month away! It always amazing to watch these incredible athletes as they fulfill their dreams and take part in the Olympics. They all have their own stories and obstacles that they've faced. This is a great video reminding us that no one accomplishes great things alone. “Thanks for teaching us that falling only makes us stronger!”
