Warm Up:
10 Pass Through with Staff
Inchworms Up and Down Mat
Drop Stance, Hard Bow, Crane Up and Down Mat
10 Forward Snap Kicks Each Side
10 Rear Kicks Each Side
10 Roundhouse Kicks Each Side
10 of the kick in your belt that needs the most practice Each Side
Workout:
1 Minute Max Reps of the following exercises:
Push Ups
Horse Stance Squats
Wheel Kick Balance (each leg)
Chicken Lunges
Speed Punches
Sit Ups with Cross Punches
Tuck Jumps
Jump Rope Jumps
Bok Fu Burpees
Notes: You will do 1 minute of each of these exercises. Take a 15 Second break between each round. So your total workout should take 12 minutes and 30 seconds including your rest time. You score is your reps of each exercise. Try to write them down during your rest time.
Warm Down:

5 minutes of ball torture for shoulders
