BFF WORKOUT TOMORROW:
For those of you that will be there for the workout tomorrow, meet me at the San Ramon Valley High School track. Let me know if you don’t know where that it. We’ll have a fun, outdoor BFF workout tomorrow morning. Don’t worry if you can’t run, they’ll be PLENTY of modifications:)
I know that a couple of you are running in the Primo’s Run tomorrow. Take a picture of yourself at the race, and email it to me so that I can give you credit for the day.
