Warm Up:
10 Shoulder Dislocators/ 10 around the worlds
Straight leg kicks up and down mat
Advanced Crescent to reverse crescent straight leg kicks up and down mat
Horse Stance Stretch 1 minute
Broad Jumps up and down mat

Workout:
3 Rounds for time
20 Box Jumps or box step ups (if you don’t have a box substitute with tuck jumps)
400M Run
20 Horse Stance Squats with medicine ball throw
400M Run
20 Push Ups with Hand Release

Warm Down:
2 times
Shoulder stretch holding onto bar (1 minute)
Samson Stretch (30 seconds each leg)
Hamstring stretch on bar (30 seconds each leg)
