Warm Up:
800M Run
10 Straight leg kicks each side
10 Straight leg advanced crescent kicks each side
10 Straight leg reverse crescent kicks each side
10 scorpions
10 inchworms
10 can openers (lay on stomach and bring knee to elbow)
10 body crashers (if you have a partner, if not you can do them standing and falling against a wall)

4 Rounds for time
50 Jump Rope Jumps
40 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
30 Horse Stance Squat with Medicine Ball Throw
20 Push Ups with hand release
10 Tuck Jumps

Warm Down:
3 way hip stretch – 2 minutes each side
Ball Torture – for your shoulders and all over your back
Foam roller on calf and hip
