Great job this morning! I hope it started your Halloween off on the right foot! Here are a few pictures along with your first DIY of week 9. Can you believe it’s the 9th week already? We’re almost there people!
Warm Up:
2 times –
10 inchworms
10 Body Crashers (from sunday, BFF holds your legs and slowly lower yourself to the ground keeping your body straight and tight)
10 Scorpions
10 Straight Leg Kicks
10 Straight Leg Crescent Kicks
10 Straight Leg Reverse Crescent Kicks
Workout:
4 Rounds for time
400 M Run
10 Bok Fu Burpees
20 Combos (Right, Left, Roundhouse Kick)
30 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
40 Horse Stance Squats
Warm Down:
5 Minutes on the foam roller – roll out hips & quads
5 Minutes each leg of belt stretching (from the workout Sunday, use your belt to stretch your hamstrings, groin and hips)
