Our BFF fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness is next Saturday, October 30th from 12:30 to 1:30 at the Alamo School. Please invite all of your friends and family to come and join us for one of our fun filled BFF workouts for a great cause. This is a very personal cause for me after watching my grandmother, mother and sister all fight this horrendous disease. I know that many of you have had loved ones affected as well. So let’s get as many people together as we can, and raise money to help find a cure! If you have people that can’t come but would like to donate, please have them make a check out to the USA Team Fund. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the Breast Cancer Fund.
Remember everyone is welcome, whether they are not accustomed to working out or if they’re an elite athlete. As you’ve all seen, BFF is for everyone! I hope to see you all there with as many people as you can round up. It’s going to be a really fun event!
