BFF Challenge #2 is here!

Bff challenge #2 has begun! Some of our black belts and instructors are taking part in our second annual Bok Fu Fitness challenge. We had our benchmark workout on Sunday and I’m looking forward to seeing how much progress everyone is going to make over the next 8 weeks! Here are some pictures from our first workout. Warm Up:
2 times
Inchworms up mat
10 horse stance squats
Samson stretch down mat
10 mountain climbers
Broad Jumps up mat
10 push ups with hand release
Straight Leg Kicks down mat
10 scorpions
Bear Crawl up mat
10 sit ups with cross punches
Drop Stance/ hardbow/ crane down mat
10 tuck jumps

Workout:
20 seconds on 10 seconds rest – 4 times
Push Ups
Navy Seal Ups
Handstand Push Ups
Horse Stance Squat with medicine ball throw (12lbs/8lbs)
Double Unders
Bok Fu Burpees

Warm Down:
5 minutes ball torture everywhere
