Bear Crawl down mat

Straight Leg Kicks up mat

Samson Stretch down mat

10 Broken Bow Jumps

10 Forward Snap Kicks (each leg)

10 Rear Kicks (each leg)

10 Wheel Kicks (each leg)

Workout:

3 Rounds for time

50 Horse stance squats

50 Hardbow broken bow lunges

25 V Ups

25 Push Ups with hand release

Warm Down:

5 minutes on foam roller
