A few extra Sweatshirts!

We have a few extra sweatshirts from the most recent order. They will be first come, first served. If you would like to reserve one of the sizes listed, please send an email to Ms. Berch at WBerch@BokFuDo.com. These extras are $45 each.

The Distracted Mind

This is an very important issue that has been getting a lot of attention recently. We all know that it is dangerous to not have a fully engaged mind when driving, but how many of us still have habits that distract us? The same applies when we are training! You know that you talk to yourself on a continuous basis, so are the things you are saying to yourself helping you to stay focused? Are your habits helping or hurting your ability to really absorb and benefit from the lessons?

Warm Up:
3 times:
400M Run (or 100 Mountain Climbers)
30 Seconds Ninja Pistols
30 Seconds Push Up Planks
30 Seconds Broken Bow Jumps
30 Seconds Wheel Kick Balance

Workout:
AMRAP 12 Minutes
100 Horse Stance Squat Jumps
then as many rounds as possible in the remaining time of:
15 Push Ups with hand release
15 V Ups

Warm Down:

5 minutes belt stretching
