COVID 19 Status
In light of COVID-19, East West has adapted our training program and will now be be offering outdoor in person classes, as well as online Zoom classes. We have many flexible class options to fit your busy schedule.
Dear East West Students and Families,
We hope this finds you well.
As you are probably aware, Contra Costa County has placed new stay at home restrictions beginning this week. These restrictions will not affect our schools’ outdoor classes, in-person private lessons or full zoom class schedule. Therefore, we can assure you that our classes and services will continue without interruption. Whether in person or on screen, our dedicated staff is always here to offer each of our students world class martial arts instruction along with a friendly face.
In addition we will continue to observe and enforce all mask and distancing protocols since we reopened in June. All of the safety protocols
that we put into place at the very beginning of Covid have and will continue to ensure the safety and well being of our students, their families and our staff. As always, we ask that if you are ill or not feeling well to please stay home. We will happily and easily reschedule any lessons or classes you have reserved for when you are feeling better.
We strongly encourage you to stay physically active during these unusual times. The health and well being of any one of us is not limited to physical ailments. Mental and emotional health, cultivated through the life changing benefits of Bok Fu Do along with its obvious physical benefits, will go a long way towards improving your internal energy and provide a boost to your immune system. Plus its a fun way to spend your time!
Finally, we appreciate the continued support of our East West community. We hope that East West feels like your home away from home, now more than ever.
