We are pleased to announce that we will now be offering black pants as a uniform option for all of our students! While you can of course continue to wear white pants, you now have the option to purchase East West branded black pants as part of your uniform. Historically, black pants are worn exclusively by our instructors and other students in advanced training programs as a quick reference to designate their status and make it easier for our students to know who their teachers are. However, our staff is now easily identified by their characteristic signature IBFDA belts. Instructors will still don the black pants, but their pants will include a special insignia on the pant leg to further signify their instructor status.
Only black pants that carry the East West brand are allowed to be worn in the schools.
