Congratulations to Roz Curran, Jane Ellett and Karen Silverman who earned their black belts on Saturday during two wonderful presentations. Anyone that was there witnessed not only incredible martial arts skill, but also an out pouring of emotion from not only the new black belts, but also their fellow black belts, classmates and students. Days like Saturday remind us what an incredible impact bok fu do has on so many lives and how special the journey of self discovery is. Welcome to the family ladies! we are all so proud of your efforts.
