Thank you to everyone that took part in our grand opening event at east west Lafayette this past Saturday. We had a fantastic turn out despite the dreary weather and we were so happy to see so many of our Alamo and San Ramon students as well as many new faces. Inchworms up and down the mat
Broad Jumps up and down the mat
Drop Stance/ Hardbow/ Crane up and down mat
Straight Leg Kicks up and down mat
Advanced/Reverse Straight Leg Kicks up and down mat
10 Silverman Squats
10 Scorpions
10 Roll Back
Workout:
3 Rounds for time:
30 Chicken Lunges
30 Push Ups with hand release
30 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
800M Run (or 80 Mountain Climbers or 150 Jump Rope Jumps)
Warm Down:
5 minutes belt stretching for hamstrings
5 minutes ball torture for hips/quads
