Warm Up:
Drop Stance/ Hard Bow/ Crane up mat
10 Horse Stance Squats
Inchworms down mat
10 Pass through with staff
Straight Leg Kicks up mat
10 V Ups
Broad Jumps down mat
10 Tuck Jumps
Workout:
4 Rounds – 2:30 each (1 minute rest after each round)
40 Mountain Climbers
20 push ups
As many Sit Ups with cross punches as possible
Notes: Start the clock for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Begin with the 40 Mountain Climbers, do 20 push ups and then as many sit ups as possible in the remaining time. Take a 1 minute break and repeat for a total of 4 rounds. Your score is the total number of sit ups over the 4 rounds.
Warm Down:
5 minutes ball torture for shoulders/back
