Workout:
4 Rounds of (45 seconds work/15 seconds rest):
Sit Ups with Cross Punches
Push Ups
Horse Stance Squat Jumps
Plank
Tuck Jumps
Chicken Lunges

Notes: You’ll do 45 seconds of the exercise and then rest for 15 seconds. Move onto the next exercise and do the same. Complete the entire sequence of exercises 4 times.

Warm Down:
1 minute Hamstring stretch on bar
1 minute Horse Stance stretch
5 minutes ball torture on shoulders
