Warm Up:
800M Run
Form from you belt 3 times in a row, all out

Workout:
For time
5 Tuck Jumps with medicine ball
10 Horse Stance Squat Jumps (no push up)
15 Bok Fu Burpees
20 Back Ups
25 V Ups
30 Push Ups with hand release
35 Horse Stance Squat with medicine ball throw
40 Sit Ups with cross punches
45 Wheel Kick Balance (each leg) – add 5 push ups for each time you have to drop your leg
50 Jump Rope jumps – add 5 V Ups for each time your rope stops
100M Sprint

Warm Down:
5 minutes on the foam roller for your back and shoulders
5 minutes of Belt Stretching for hamstrings, hips and groin
