Bok Fu Stretching #6

Here is your next installment of our stretching series. Time to work on the dreaded drop stance!

Here is a great blog post. Thanks to Ms. Winder for sharing this. One of my favorite parts of Bok Fu Do is the countless MMT moments that we all have throughout our training.

MMT (MAKES ME THINK)

BOK FU FITNESS

Warm Up:
2 times:
2 minute jump rope
2 minute run in place (sprint every 10 seconds, then 10 second jog)
30 seconds Horse Stance Stretch
Drop Stance Stretch (from stretching video) up and down mat

Workout:
4 Rounds for time
10 Push Ups (advanced clapping push ups)
20 Horse Stance Squats (advanced holding medicine ball)
30 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
40 Mountain Climbers (20 each leg)

Warm Down:
30 Seconds Horse Stance Stretch
Partner Hamstring Stretch
Partner Side Kick Stretch
