Speed Punches

800M Run (or 100 Mountain Climbers)
10 Bok Fu Burpee Box Jumps
30 Double Unders (or single jump and tuck jump)
50 Push Ups with Hand Release
70 Horse Stance Squat with medicine ball throw
800M Run (or 100 Mountain Climbers)

Warm Down:
5 minutes ball torture everywhere
