In honor of Mr. McKay’s All Blacks winning the World Cup! Talk about chi!

I stumbled upon this blog, Chocolate Covered Katie. She has a healthier dessert blog, all vegan. I am dying to try some of her recipes. I hear the fudge babies are amazing! If anyone wants to test it out and share, don’t hesitate!

Bok Fu Fitness

Warm Up:
2 times:
Drop Stance, Hardbow, Crane Stance up and down mat
Straight Leg Kicks up and down mat
Inchworms up and down mat
Bear Crawl up and down mat
Duck Walk up and down mat
15 scorpions

AMRAP 15 minutes
5 Pad Facing Bok Fu Burpees
10 Combo (left punch, right punch, roundhouse kick)
15 Horse Stance Squats
20 Pad Jumps

Warm Down:
5 minutes belt stretching

    Finally!!!!!!!!!! Someone else thinks we should have a Bok Fu Do Haka!!!!!! I have been saying this to my Stuart and Jake for years (they showed me some online years ago), and I mentioned it to Mr. McKay a number of times. We definitely need a Bok Fu Do Haka demonstrated before each tournament–wouldn’t this be a great demonstration of Bok Fu Do spirit!!!
