This was hands down my favorite super bowl commercial this year! Although the Doritos commercial did come in a close second. What was yours?

Warm Up:
2 Times:
400 M Run (or 50 Jump Rope Jumps – advanced double unders)
Inchworms Up and Down Mat
Straight Leg Kicks Up and Down Mat
Drop Stance/ Hardbow/ Crane Stance Up and Down Mat
30 Seconds Horse Stance Stretch

Workout:
For time
5 times broad jumps up and down mat
15 Bok Fu Burpees
25 Chicken Lunges
35 Box Jumps or Step Ups
45 Push Ups
55 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
65 Horse Stance Squat Jumps

Warm Down:
5 minutes on foam roller for hips/quads
5 minutes ball torture for shoulders
