BOK FU FITNESS

Warm Up:

2 times:

50 mountain climbers

10 pass through with staff

5 inchworms

10 scorpions

5 drop stance/hardbow/crane

10 push ups

5 horse stance squat jumps

10 hardbow/broken bow lunges

Workout:

7 Rounds – 2 minute round/ 30 second rest

10 Bok Fu Burpees

max rep V Ups

Notes:

Each 2 minute round do 10 BF Burpees, 10 HS Squats with medicine ball throw and then as many V ups as possible. Rest 30 seconds and repeat 7 times. Your score is your total number of V ups.

Warm Down:

5 minutes partner stretching
