5 Horse Stance Squats
Technique 2
5 Push Ups
Technique 3
5 Tuck Jumps
Technique 4
5 V Ups
Technique 5
5 Broken Bow Jumps

Workout:
3 Rounds
10 Chicken Lunges
15 Push Ups with hand release
3 Rounds
10 Broken Bow Jumps
15 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
3 Rounds
10 Bok Fu Burpees
15 Tuck Jumps

Warm Down:
5 minutes partner stretching
