I know that you Jr. Brown Bffers are waiting patiently for the winner of you challenge, but you’ll have to wait one more day. BOK FU FITNESS

Warm Up:
2 times:
10 pass through with staff
inchworms up and down mat
broad jumps up and down mat
hardbow/broken bow lunges up and down mat
drop stance/ hardbow/ crane stance up and down mat
100 jump rope jumps

Workout:
AMRAP 20 Minutes:
10 Bok Fu Burpees
15 Chicken Lunges
20 Horse Stance Squats with Medicine Ball Throw
25 Sit Ups with Cross Punches

Warm Down:
5 minutes belt torture for hamstrings/ groin
