There’s a lot of controversy over this announcement yesterday! one of the oldest sports has been removed from the olympics. although there is not potential for chinese martial arts to make it into the olympics, dow do you feel about wrestling being eliminated?wrestling dropped from 2020 olympic games

Broad jumps down mat

Bear Crawl up mat

Crab Walk down mat

10 Scorpions

10 Horse Stance Squats

10 Tuck Jumps

10 Pass through with staff

Workout:

Amrap 5 minutes:

5 Horse Stance Squat Jumps

5 Chicken Lunges

Amrap 4 minutes:

4 Push Up Planks

4 Handstand Push Ups (or clapping push ups as sub)

Amrap 3 minutes:

3 Navy Seal Ups

3 Sit Ups with Cross Punches

Amrap 2 minutes:

Wheel kick balance – each time you drop your leg do 5 tuck jumps

Amrap 1 minute:

Bok Fu Burpees

Warm Down:

5 minutes ball torture everywhere
