This is a great concept! one act of kindness goes such a long way in making a difference in people’s lives. I’m sure we all can appreciate it even more now after our 12 days of bok fu spirit. People are awesome

BOK FU FITNESS

Warm Up:

2 times

30 seconds running in place

30 seconds tuck jumps

30 seconds push ups

30 seconds speed punches

10 Over Unders (with partner)

10 Inchworms

10 Broad Jumps

10 Broken Bow Jumps

Workout:

For time with a partner – only 1 person can be working at a time

50 Bok fu Burpees

100 Horse Stance Squat Jumps

200 Sit Ups with Cross Punches

300 Mountain Climbers

400 Wheel Kick Balance

Warm Down:

5 minutes partner stretching
