BOK FU FITNESS WORKOUT

Warm Up:

5 minute warm up routine

2 times:

5 inchworms

5 Drop Stance, Hardbow, Crane Stance

5 Straight Leg Kicks

10 Scoprions

8 times:

Sit Ups with cross punches (20 seconds on, 10 second rest)

Workout:

3 Rounds for time:

25 Horse Stance Squats

20 Chicken Lunges

15 Bok Fu Burpees

10 Tuck Jumps

Warm Down:

Hamstring Partner Stretch

Side Kick Partner Stretch

Samson Partner Stretch
