10 Tuck Jumps
Straight Leg Kicks up mat
10 Push Ups
Advanced/ Reverse Straight Leg Kicks down mat
10 V Ups

For time –
75 Horse Stance Squats with medicine ball throw
100 Mountain Climbers
150 Double Unders (or 150 singles and 150 tuck jumps)

Warm Down:
5 minutes ball torture
