Yes, you read the title correctly. This post has nothing to do with bok fu burpess, tuck jumps or running. It’s about REST! In reading through many of your logs (it has been fascinating by the way), one thing that a lot of you are forgetting, is taking some time to rest.
The following blog post is from a site that I’ve been spending a lot of time looking through lately, Zenhabits.
One thing I’d like you guys to think about from reading this blog is how you can incorporate a little rest into your week. No, I’m not saying rest for 6 days and workout for 1. But a little rest, even if it’s for a couple concentrated hours, can do wonders for your mind, body and spirit.
