Join us of our annual East West Picnic on Sunday, August 18th at Hap McGee Park in Danville. We'll be playing sports, cooking up some great food and spending time with our East West family! And there will likely be our annual water fight as well, so come prepared… Sports will start at 10:00am and the barbeque will start at 11:30. This video is titled “The Gratitude Dance”. It makes me want to get up and dance with them! Many people focus so much on what they're missing in their lives, they forget to be grateful for what they do have. We are all blessed in our own way. So let's all take a moment today and be grateful, just like the people in this video!

Warm Up:
Straight leg kicks up mat
10 Horse Stance Squats
Inchworms down mat
10 Push Ups
Bear Crawls up mat
10 V Ups
Crab Walks down mat
10 Scorpions

Partner Workout – for time
100 – Push Ups with hand release
200 – Horse Stance Squats
300 – Sit Ups with Cross Punches
400 – Wheel Kick Balance

Notes: Only 1 partner can be moving at a time. You can break up the workout any way that you'd like. You do not have to finish all 100 pushups before moving onto the 200 horse stance squats.

Warm Down:
5 minutes partner stretching
