Another new addition to the schedule began today. The teen elite class with Master Buckley is back on Wednesday nights in Alamo! What an incredible opportunity for these young brown belts to work with our system master!

5 minute warm up routine
50 Jump Rope Jumps
10 sit ups with cross punches
10 Bok Fu Burpees
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
5 Push Ups with hand release
10 Horse Stance Squat (advanced with medicine ball throw)
15 Pad Jumps
5 minutes belt stretching for hips and hamstrings
