Bok Fu Do 1st Degree Black Belts
Happy 2 year anniversary!

Grandmaster Ted Sumner, a close friend and former classmate of Grandmaster Lee, has started a program called “Rehabilitation Through Kenpo”. This is a very inspirational video reminding us of the amazing benefits of martial arts. Congratulations to Grandmaster Sumner on this incredible program!

Warm Up:

10 Inchworms
10 Horse Stance Squats
10 Straight Leg Kicks (each leg)
10 Rear Kick Planks (each leg)
10 Side Kick Planks (each leg)
1 minute of partner push ups

3 Rounds:
1 minute max rep Chicken Lunges
1 minute max rep Push Ups with Hand Release
1 minute max rep Sit Ups with Cross Punches
1 minute max rep Broken Bow Jumps
1 minute max rep Wheel Kick Balance
1 minute max rep Bok Fu Burpees
1 minute rest

Warm Down:
5 minutes belt stretching
