30 second bridge
30 second hand stand hold (against wall)

25 Navy Seal Ups
50 Push Ups with Hand Release
75 Chicken Lunges
100 Horse Stance Squats
125 Mountain Climbers
150 Double Unders (or single jump and tuck jump)

Warm Down:
5 minutes belt stretching
