I decided to run a Bok Fu Fitness class on Christmas Eve morning for our staff. Although it was technically a day away from the school for me, I thought it would be a great way to kick of the holiday weekend and offer our fantastic instructors a fun workout! It was a great morning and the spirit of the group made it a very special start to Christmas. Here’s a picture of our group from our 12 Days of Bok Fu Christmas workout!

In case you’d like to try the 12 Days of Bok Fu Christmas on your own over the next day or two, here it is….
12 Days of Bok Fu Christmas 1 Bear Crawl (up and down mat) 2 Heel Wheel Thrust Kicks (each leg) 3 Bok Fu Burpees 4. Broad Jumps 5. V Ups 6. Push Ups with hand release 7. Horse Stance Squats 8. Broken Bow Jumps 9. Box Jumps 10. Horse Stance Squat with medicine ball throw 11. Chicken Lunges 12. Handstand Push Ups
The workout goes just like the song… On the first day of Christmas, Bok Fu gave to me 1 Bear Crawl. On the second day of Christmas, Bok Fu gave to me 2 Heel Wheel Thrust, 1 Bear Crawl. On the third day of Christmas, Bok Fu gave to me 3 Bok Fu Burpees, 2 Heel Wheel Thrust, 1 Bear Crawl… and so on until you finish with 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
