10 Inchworms
10 Broad Jumps
10 Broken Bow Jumps

For time with a partner
50 Bok fu Burpees
100 Horse Stance Squat Jumps
200 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
300 Mountain Climbers
400 Wheel Kick Balance

Notes: Only one partner can be moving at a time. Break up the movements between the partners in any way that you’d like.
