50 Jump Rope Jumps
10 Pass Through with Staff
10 Back Up to V Up
10 Tuck Jumps
10 Broad Jumps
1 form in your belt all out
200 M (4 times up and down mat) Hardbow/ Broken Bow Lunges (with medicine ball held straight above head)
100 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
50 Horse Stance Squats
25 Bok Fu Burpees
Notes: For the hardbow/broken bow lunges, the medicine ball has to be held straight above your head. If you lower it or stop your lunges, you have to do 5 push ups each time you stop.
5 minutes belt stretching for hamstrings/ groin
