Great job this morning on your first Bok Fu Fitness workout! I’m excited to see your progress over the next 10 weeks. Enjoy your labor day weekend, eat as much as you want, and relax. But remember….the challenge starts Tuesday!

    I feel great today…Sore and Great!!! Took a run this morning to try and loosen the muscles. It’s great to work hard and then be reminded the next day of how hard we worked!!! Can’t wait to do it again.

    Yesterday was difficult as I had to sit in the car for 2 hours but after dancing for 3 hours – I felt great again. Today – ready to run the Ridge Trail! Thank you Ms. Newman, this is exactly what I needed to get motivated to get in better shape, this is going to be an amazing journey and I can’t wait to see and feel the transformation.
